We are excited to share this Delta Airlines video and news release featuring Five Acre Farms along with our partners Union Square Events (Danny Meyer’s catering operation) and Battenkill Valley Creamery. This two-minute video describes Delta’s program to source food from local farms in New York for use in its in-flight menus, which for the summer include milk chocolate sea salt and strawberry lemongrass ice cream made with Five Acre Farms milk and steel cut oat pudding using our yogurt.
